Exchanges & Returns
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 10 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Poste Premier branding stickers and garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Returning Your Purchase
If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 10 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.
We recommend insurance/tracking as Poste Premier is not responsible for lost packages. The customer may choose to have Poste Premier send a pre-paid return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from refund/credit amount. We return direct to senders address.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the decline of any future POSTE PREMIER purchases.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 10 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of POSTE PREMIER.
